(snocoreporter.com)—Chief Justice Alex Kozinski issued a scathing opinion in the Joshua Frost case (  Frost v. Van Boening, 757 F. 3d 910 – Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit 2014) basically stating that King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg is guilty of prosecutorial misconduct, violating well settled rights of the accused to a fair trial.

But this is nothing new for Prosecutor Dan Satterberg.
